PM cum Business Analyst to support a large-scale KYC/AML programme for an international bank. The role supports multiple implementation phases and works closely with the Project Manager and PMO on delivery governance, reporting, and coordination.

Responsibilities
  • Support PMO activities including plan tracking, RAID management, status reporting, and dashboards
  • Track milestones, dependencies, and delivery across multiple workstreams
  • Coordinate with Business, IT, Operations, Compliance, and vendors
  • Gather, document, and manage business and functional requirements
  • Prepare BA artefacts (BRD/FRD, user stories, data mapping)
  • Own UAT activities: scope definition, test scenarios, execution support, and defect closure
  • Apply KYC/AML knowledge (CDD, EDD, risk assessment, regulatory expectations) to requirements and testing

Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in BA, PMO, or delivery roles within banking
  • Strong hands-on experience in KYC/AML programmes
  • Experience working on regulatory or IT transformation projects
  • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Hands-on with Jira, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project (or similar tools)

Good to Have
  • Experience with global banks
  • Exposure to large programme PMO, audit, or change management
