We are looking for a Logistics Assistant to support logistics operations and handle daily warehouse duties. This role involves managing inventory, packing goods, and ensuring the warehouse is organized and clean.

Responsibilities:

• Packing of incoming and outgoing goods efficiently
• Sorting and organizing of shelve items
• Perform picking and packing of products
• Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions and stock take (monthly/yearly)
• Coordinate the pick-up, delivery, and distribution of goods to retail outlets
• Maintain and upkeep the warehouse to ensure tidiness and cleanliness of store
• Provide operational support for daily delivery and collection activities
• Inspect, prepare, and maintain the delivery vehicle to ensure safe loading and unloading of goods
• Assist with any ad-hoc projects as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'N' level qualification
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the F&B/Retail industry will be advantageous
• Able to assist with any ad-hoc projects and able to handle heavy items safely
• Meticulous, proactive and able to perform well under pressure
• Good team player with a sense of urgency
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Work on weekends and outside regular hours may be required during peak periods
