Position title : Logistic Operator

Location: Boon Lay
Working Days: 5.5 days
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 4.45pm (lunch hour 45mins) ; Saturday 8am - 12pm.
Salary : $2200 - $2700
Department: Manufacturing (Electrical)
Reports to: Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor

Role Overview:
Handles loading, unloading, and material movement, ensuring accuracy, safety, workflow efficiency, and supporting warehouse operations under logistics supervision.

Job Description

• Responsible for the loading, unloading, carrying, and stacking of company goods.
• Proficiently operate loading/unloading tools (i.e. pallet jacks, trolleys) to ensure goods are placed accurately and safely.
• Inspect quantities and packaging condition before and after loading or unloading. Assist with goods tallying, record data, and promptly report any damages or shortages to the supervisor.
• Maintain order at the loading bay/site to ensure an efficient operational workflow.
• Communicate with warehousing teams to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations to prevent accidents from improper handling.
• During non-loading periods, support general warehouse management tasks as directed by the Logistics Team Leader.
• Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in operating Reach Trucks and Pallet Jacks; Possess a forklift license is an advantage.
• Essential to carry heavy loads.
