Qualifications
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion
- Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies
- Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
- Identify and resolve project issues and risk
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and schedules
- Able to travel around Singapore based on site location
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3 years of experience in construction management or related roles
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in construction management software is preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
