Job Requirements:
Analytical Skills:
- Develop clear narratives for innovation products and solutions.
- Conduct detailed interviews and workshops with stakeholders to elicit, define, and document requirements (user stories, functional/non-functional specs).
- Analyze project performance data (schedules, resources) to identify improvement opportunities.
- Create reports tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver insights to project managers.
- Map and document current and future state business processes to identify and resolve inefficiencies.
- Support data and technology initiatives, including working with industry-specific platforms.
- Summarise complex data into clear, actionable reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Design and create wireframes, prototypes, or mockups to visually represent solution features and workflows.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritize requirements, and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Data Science or similar.
- Proficiency with requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
- Basic understanding of AI/ML project lifecycle and data preparation concepts.
- Good listener and effective team player.
- Key contributor to an ambitious innovation team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Background or strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning (ML), and emerging technologies.
- Passion for data-driven decision making and technology trends.
- Proactive problem-solver with a strong curiosity and aptitude for learning new domains quickly.
Analytical Skills:
- The ability to work with large datasets, conduct root cause analysis, and draw logical conclusions.
- Experience in experimentation methodologies is a plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft products
- Knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI is a plus.
- Familiarity with database querying (e.g., SQL) and proficiency in documenting technical requirements (e.g., APIs, data mapping).
- Communication: Clear and concise communication skills for interacting with engineers, construction teams, and management.
- Any knowledge in the Building and Construction industry will be an advantage.
- Prior experience working within an Agile/Scrum development framework.
