Crew Management & Coordination
- Manage end-to-end offshore manpower operations including crew planning, mobilization, demobilization, and replacement
- Coordinate deployment of offshore personnel to vessels, rigs, platforms, or offshore projects
- Ensure all manpower requirements are fulfilled according to client contracts and schedules
Crew Management & Coordination
- Supervise crewing officers and operations staff
- Monitor crew rotation schedules, leave planning, and standby arrangements
- Handle crew-related issues, discipline matters, and welfare concerns
- Ensure proper communication between crew, clients, and internal teams
Compliance & Documentation- Ensure all offshore personnel meet statutory, flag state, and client requirements
- Oversee crew certification, medicals, visas, work permits, and offshore training validity
- Ensure compliance with MLC, STCW, client HSE requirements, and company policies
- Prepare and support audits, inspections, and client reviews
