General ManagementDuties and Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Monitor the consumption of Warehouse/Logistic supplies and raise PR for replenishment
- Monthly update of shipment booking information
- Liaise with internal and external personnel on outbound shipments and ensure proper shipment information is maintained
- Liaise with courier service providers to ensure seamless delivery processes
- Co-ordinate with customers' training in charge to reserve safety training time slot
- Monitor Warehouse/Logistic personnel safety permit expiry date and make suitable enrolment
- Communicate course information to participants and address their queries
- Maintain training matrix for Warehouse/Logistic team
- Ensure logistic team manning chart is updated
- Supporting cycle/inventory count
- Maintain PPE issuing record and replenishment
- Support daily operations tasks if required
Requirements:
- Diploma in Logistic/Operational Management
- 2 years of relevant working experience in the logistics industry
- Computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Comfortable operating Warehouse Management System
