Requirements:
- Daily data entry for returns parcels
- Research on streamlining outbound operations in a more economical and efficient way
- Coordinate with external teams (e.g. Customer Service, Business Development) and implement actions defined for operational excellence
- Make decisions on disposal methods for return parcels based on the types of parcels
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by manager
Requirements:
- GCE O Level and above
- Proficient in Google products (e.g. Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Forms etc.)
- Responsible and positive attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate basic analytical skills and attention to detail and understanding on business implications
- Ability to pick up new skills promptly and proactively
- Able to work in a warehouse for day shift: Mon - Fri, 9am to 6pm (weekends maybe included)
- Able to work in the West area of Singapore
