About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated Operations Manager to act as the bridge between our sales coordinator, production supervisor, sales team, and warehouse/admin teams. The ideal candidate will take on an operational leadership role, ensuring smooth communication, workflow, and reporting across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact and bridge between sales, production, and administration teams.

- Represent the sales coordinator, production supervisor, and sales team during internal and external meetings.

- Report directly to the owner/management on team performance, workflow issues, and improvement plans.

- Implement instructions and strategies from management to all relevant teams.

- Work closely with the admin and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.

- Learn all processes related to sales, production, and team management during the probation period.

- Observe, assess, and propose operational improvements to increase efficiency and team productivity.

Requirements:

- Singaporean citizen or permanent resident.

- Degree or diploma in Engineering or related field preferred; familiarity with AutoCAD is an advantage.

- Proven experience in team management and operational oversight.

- Strong communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to multitask and work across multiple teams.

- Analytical mindset with an ability to suggest and implement operational improvements.

Probation & Terms:

6-month probationary period at SGD 2,800 - 3,000/month.

During this period, the candidate will learn all processes and operational workflows across sales, production, and admin.

Performance and contribution will be evaluated, after which revised monetary terms will be offered based on performance and operational impact.
