Position: Store Manager (Luxury Jewellery Retail)
Salary: SGD 4,000 - 5,000 + Commission

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Store Manager to lead a luxury jewellery boutique. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and managing daily store operations in line with premium retail standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop the boutique team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Deliver personalized, high-touch customer service and build long-term client relationships
• Drive store sales performance, including conversion, ATV, and repeat clientele
• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory control, VM standards, and cash handling
• Ensure brand image, service excellence, and store presentation are maintained at all times
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance reviews
• Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management

Requirements

• Proven experience in jewellery retail, with prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
• Sales-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Well-groomed, professional, and confident in a luxury retail environment
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
