Manage daily operations for warehouses, cold rooms, and packing areas.
Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards.
Improve workflows to reduce delays, spoilage, and operational issues.
Oversee deliveries, logistics planning, and coordination with transport partners.
Control inventory for perishable goods and minimize wastage.
Conduct safety training, procedures, and incident follow-ups.
Work closely with Procurement and Sales to support demand planning and supply needs.
Handle customer issues and ensure timely order fulfillment with good service standards.

Job Requirements:

Diploma, Degree, or relevant professional experience.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in FMCG or fresh food-related industries.
Knowledge of inventory control, facilities, and logistics operations.
Familiar with food safety standards such as ISO 22000 or FSSC 22000.
