Job Summary 职位概述

The Business Manager is responsible for managing and expanding the trading company's business operations, ensuring profitability, efficient trade execution, strong client and supplier relationships, and compliance with company policies and regulations。业务经理负责管理和拓展贸易公司的整体业务运营,确保公司盈利能力,贸易流程高效执行,维护良好的客户与供应商关系,并确保符合公司制度及相关法规。

Trading Operations Management 贸易运营管理

• Oversee daily trading operations, contracts, and order execution
• Coordinate procurement, sales, logistics, and delivery activities
• Monitor inventory and ensure efficient stock turnover
• 负责日常贸易业务管理,包括合同及订单执行
• 协调采购,销售,物流及交付流程
• 管理库存水平,提高库存周转率

Financial & Performance Management 财务与绩效管理

• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and profitability analysis
• Monitor costs, margins, and cash flow
• Work with finance on invoicing, payments, and credit control
• 编制预算,预测及盈利分析报告
• 监控成本,利润率及现金流
• 协同财务部门进行开票,收款及信用管理

Relationship Management 关系管理

• Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms
• Handle commercial disputes and operational issues
• 维护客户,供应商及合作伙伴关系
• 进行合同,价格及付款条件谈判
• 处理商务纠纷及运营问题

Compliance & Risk Management 合规与风险管理

• Ensure compliance with trade regulations and company policies
• Identify and manage commercial and operational risks
• Ensure proper trade documentation and records
• 确保贸易活动符合相关法规及公司制度
• 识别并控制商业及运营风险
• 确保贸易文件及记录完整,准确

Team Management 团队管理

• Lead and manage the business team
• Set performance goals and conduct evaluations
• Improve internal processes and efficiency
• 管理并带领业务团队
• 制定绩效目标并进行考核
• 优化内部流程,提高运营效率

Qualifications & Skills

任职要求

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business,Finance, Trade, or related fields
• Minimum of 5 years of combined experience related to industrial products and marketing or business management
• Strong knowledge of international trade processes and logistics
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
• Proficient in Chinese and English

学历与经验

• 专科/本科及以上学历,国际贸易,商务,金融或相关专业
• 具备不少于 5 年工业产品与市场营销相关的综合经验。
• 熟悉国际贸易流程及物流管理
• 具备优秀的谈判,沟通及团队管理能力
• 具备较强的数据分析和问题解决能力
• 精通中英文
