Requirements & Analysis
- Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements using standard BA methodologies.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings to understand business needs.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
Process Improvement
- Analyze as-is and to-be business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support process re-engineering, digital transformation, and system implementation initiatives.
- Assist in defining KPIs and success metrics for business solutions.
Solution & Delivery Support
- Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and Application teams throughout the SDLC.
- Support UAT planning, execution, and defect triage.
- Ensure delivered solutions meet agreed business requirements.
Stakeholder & Documentation Management
- Act as a single point of contact for business queries related to assigned projects.
- Prepare documentation such as BRD, FRD, process flows, use cases, and test scenarios.
- Communicate changes, risks, and impacts to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Core Skills
- Strong experience in business analysis and requirements management.
- Proficiency in documentation tools (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Experience with Agile / Scrum or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Working knowledge of SQL or data analysis concepts is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA are a plus.
