Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations across facilities, warehouses, and handling areas, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes.
• Drive operational excellence, process improvements, and cost control initiatives.
• Manage logistics, inventory, order fulfillment, and supply chain planning to meet business demands.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong safety culture and workplace compliance.
• Oversee team performance, mentor staff, and foster collaboration across functions.
• Handle quality assurance, audits, and corrective actions to maintain high product integrity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• More than 5 years of management experience and familiar with the operation related to Food Industry
• Strong leadership and cross-functional team management skills.
