Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Operations Manager to lead the operational strategy and execution of our global product portfolio.
This role is responsible for driving product scalability, operational excellence, and user experience optimisation across multiple markets, while acting as a key bridge between Product, Engineering, Commercial, Compliance, and Customer Experience functions.

You will own the operational performance of eSIM products end-to-end and play a critical role in shaping product structure, market rollout strategy, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Operations Strategy & Ownership
  • Own the end-to-end operational lifecycle of eSIM products, from market launch to optimisation and scale
  • Define and evolve product operational frameworks, including plan structures, market coverage strategy, lifecycle management, and deprecation policies
  • Translate business objectives into clear operational priorities and execution roadmaps

2. Product Structure & Market Expansion
  • Lead the design and optimisation of eSIM plan architecture (regional vs country plans, duration strategy, data tiers, pricing logic)
  • Drive go-to-market operational readiness for new country and regional launches
  • Partner with upstream providers and internal stakeholders to ensure product consistency and scalability across markets

3. User Experience & Performance Optimisation
  • Set and monitor key performance metrics including conversion, activation success, usage efficiency, churn, and support burden
  • Identify systemic issues across the user journey and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve activation success and post-purchase experience
  • Champion a data-driven, user-centric approach to continuous product improvement

4. Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Act as the primary operational counterpart to Product Management and Engineering, influencing product roadmap through operational insights
  • Collaborate with Commercial and Marketing teams to support pricing strategy, promotions, and product positioning
  • Partner with Customer Support and Operations teams to reduce friction, improve self-service, and enhance service quality

5. Governance, Risk & Compliance Alignment
  • Ensure operational alignment with telecommunications regulations, platform policies, and internal compliance standards across markets
  • Work with Legal and Compliance teams to operationalise regulatory requirements within product flows and user communications
  • Proactively identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies

Requirements

Essential
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 5-8+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or platform operations roles
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-market digital products
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on ownership mentality
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across teams
  • Excellent communication skills; English as a working language

Preferred / Advantageous
  • Experience in telecommunications, eSIM, travel tech, or regulated digital services
  • Experience working with global or regional product launches
  • Strong data literacy and comfort working with dashboards and performance metrics
  • Experience in fast-growing or high-ambiguity environments
