Responsible for overseeing and optimizing FCL operations. This role ensures seamless day-to-day processes, proactive problem-solving, and compliance with regulatory standards, while driving operational efficiency and customer satisfactions.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth execution and service excellence.
• Anticipate potential operational challenges and implement preventive measures to minimize disruptions.
• Lead the Customer Service team to deliver high quality support and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of shipping documents and adherence to the IMO regulations.
• Monitor operational KPIs, including volumes and profitability and report performance metrics to senior management.
• Control Intra-APAC multi-country RFQs for FCL products, ensuring timely and accurate quotations.
• Provide insights and analysis to support pricing strategies.
• Develop carrier relationships, oversee procurement processes and align.
• Identify and implement initiatives to enhance operational workflows and service quality.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring full compliance across all operations.
Requirements
1. Minimum educational qualifications required degree
2. Prefer with good experience in relevant industry (NVOCC, Freight Forwarding)
3. Familiarity with IMO rules and regulations
4. Great attitude and self motivated individual
5. Excellent written and communication skills
6. Intermediate computer skills
