Junior Technical Business Analyst

About the Role

We're seeking a Junior Technical Business Analyst who bridges the gap between clients and our development team. You'll gather requirements, design AWS-based solutions, and rapidly prototype using AI-assisted tools-without writing production code. You understand what's technically possible and can explain it to anyone.

What You'll Do

Client Engagement

• Conduct discovery sessions to understand business requirements
• Design high-level AWS architecture solutions (Transcribe, Bedrock, Polly, etc.)
• Present technical proposals in clear, non-technical language
• Create rapid proof-of-concepts using AI tools (Lovable, Google AI Studio, Claude, v0)
• Maintain ongoing client communication throughout project lifecycle

Team Collaboration

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for developers
• Document architecture decisions and system designs
• Answer technical questions from the development team
• Review architecture implementations for alignment with client needs

Technical Prototyping and Software Testing

• Build UI/UX mock-ups using no-code/AI tools
• Demonstrate solution concepts to stakeholders
• Validate technical feasibility before development begins
• Software testing

Must-Have Skills

• AWS Knowledge: Strong understanding of AWS services (EC2, RDS, Lambda, S3, Bedrock, Transcribe, Polly)
• Communication: Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• AI Tools Proficiency: Experience with AI coding assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, Google AI Studio, Lovable, v0, Bolt.new)
• Architecture Design: Can sketch system diagrams and explain data flows
• Requirement Gathering: Ask the right questions to uncover real client needs
• Software Testing Concepts: Basic understanding of software testing concepts (unit, integration, end-to-end)

Nice-to-Have (Bonus Points!)

• DevOps Basics: Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD concepts (GitHub Actions), deployment workflows
• AWS Certifications: Solutions Architect Associate or Professional
• No-Code Platforms: Experience with Webflow, Bubble, or similar tools
• Previous consulting experience with technical products
