Job Summary:

Job Summary:
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the company's overall infrastructure strategy, automated operations systems, high-availability architecture, and SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) culture.You will lead the operations team to ensure 24/7 system stability, efficiency, and security; drive DevOps practices to accelerate software delivery; and continuously innovate in areas such as cloud-native technologies, observability, and cost optimization
What you will be responsible for:
- Build highly available, scalable, and automated operations platforms, including CI/CD pipelines, monitoring/alerting, log analytics, and capacity management.
- Lead cloud platform (e.g., AWS/Azure/Alibaba Cloud) resource planning, cost optimization, and architectural improvements.
- Champion SRE principles by establishing SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs to enhance system reliability.
- Manage and mentor a team of DevOps/SRE engineers, establishing standardized processes and knowledge sharing.
- Lead incident response for critical outages, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and drive post-mortem improvements.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, QA, and product teams to optimize the software delivery lifecycle.
How you will stand out:
1. Preferred Education Background:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or aclosely related technical field.
- Advanced degrees (e.g., Master's in Computer Science or Engineering) or relevant professional certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional, Google Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer, CKA, ITIL) are advantageous but not required.
2. Preferred Hard Skills/Project Experience:
- Hands-on experience designing and operating large-scale, cloud-native platforms serving millions of daily active users.
- Proven track record in building internal developer platforms (IDPs) or self-service infrastructure tooling.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) at scale using Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation.
- Strong familiarity with observability stacks: OpenTelemetry, Prometheus/Grafana, Loki, Tempo, or commercial APM tools (Datadog, New Relic).
- Experience managing stateful services (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, Elasticsearch) in production Kubernetes environments.
- Participation in incident management frameworks (e.g., blameless postmortems, SRE error budgets, toil reduction initiatives).
- Background in FinOps practices-cost allocation, tagging strategies, rightsizing, and reserved instance optimization.
3. Preferred Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire, coach, and retain engineering talent.
- Excellent cross-functional communication-able to translate technical constraints into business impact for non-technical stakeholders.
- Calm and decisive under pressure, especially during high-severity incidents.
- Proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
