Responsibilities:
• Lead overall store performance with strong commercial focus and active floorleadership.
• Drive sales, conversion, and key KPIs through effective selling and teamcoaching.
• Deliver a consistent customer experience aligned with brand positioning.
• Build, lead, and develop a motivated store team through recruitment,training, and coaching.
• Ensure smooth daily operations including stock control, cash handling, andadministrative tasks.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and stock accuracy in line withcompany guidelines.
• Plan staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and loss preventionprocedures.

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of fashion retail experience with at least 2 years as a StoreManager
• Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to deliver sales results
• Confident people leader with strong communication skills
• Passion for retail and fast-paced store environments
• Singaporean only need apply
