Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other partners in the Wooden/ Metal window & door, Fire-rated doors/ window and fix panel system industry, serving as the primary point of contact and driving sales negotiations and agreements.

3. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and finance, to develop and execute effective sales and marketing campaigns

5. Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management, including insights and recommendations for optimizing sales performance and achieving revenue targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales roles within the Construction and Wooden/ Metal windows and Door, Fire-rated Wooden/ Metal door and fix panel industry

• Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners , with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes and driving continuous improvement.

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
