Store Manager

Location: Island wide

Salary range: $2700-S$3000

Roles & Responsibilities

The Store Manager is responsible for achieving the retail store sales target and in charge of monitoring and supervising all employees, handle customers in their queries and complaints and be able to resolve issues which may arise from day to day activities in the stores.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage retail store sales target and monitor store costs accordingly (staff cost, stock take etc.)

• Key holder for store opening and closing and as duty supervisor / manager

• Manage sales area housekeeping including storeroom and ensure that displays are clean and tidy

• Handling of stock take preparation and ensure items are well stocked

• Monitor and supervise all employees performance at the sales floor

• Conduct on-the-job training for new joiners

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in retail industry.

• Meticulous and strong in mathematical calculations and figures.

• Computer Literate.

• Proficient in English (Spoken & Written) and a Mandarin will be an advantage.

• Handle difficult customers to resolve issues.

• Able to work weekend, retail hours and shift from 9:30 AM - 7:30 PM and 12:30 PM - 10:30 PM
