  • Oversee and take full responsibility for the daily operations of the beach club, including Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH).
  • Ensure operations align with the company's brand standards, service quality, and business goals.
  • Drive revenue growth and ensure overall profitability.
  • Control food, beverage, and labour costs, ensuring spending stays within approved budgets.
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and continuously improve the guest experience.
  • Plan and manage manpower and staffing to ensure smooth operations and high productivity.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Finance on business proposals, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Lead and manage projects such as new outlet openings, renovations, or new concept launches.
  • Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors.
  • Implement strategies to reduce staff turnover and build a stable, motivated team.
  • Analyse operational and financial performance to identify issues and implement solutions.
  • Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to increase revenue.
  • Identify areas for improvement in operations, processes, and overall performance.
  • Collaborate with the Executive / Head Chef on menu planning, seasonal offerings, and food quality standards.
  • Set clear, achievable performance goals for Operations Managers and Outlet Managers.
  • Stay informed on market trends and changing customer expectations.
  • Foster a positive work culture that supports staff development and teamwork.
  • Build and lead a team that reflects and supports the company's vision and values.
