The Principal Solution Architect (PSA) reports directly to the CTO and plays a critical role in defining and governing enterprise-level software architecture. You will lead architecture standards, guide solution design, and support delivery teams to ensure scalable, secure, and cost-effective technology solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain software architecture standards, technologies, and best practices aligned with organizational strategy.
• Lead the design of scalable and reusable solution architectures and components.
• Provide architectural guidance and technical oversight to delivery teams.
• Promote modern engineering practices including Agile, DevOps, and cloud-native architectures.
• Support infrastructure planning and architecture reviews for development and test environments.
• Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to support product roadmaps and R&D initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners to ensure architectural alignment.
• Embed security, risk management, and compliance considerations into architecture design.
• Support the CTO in developing technical competency frameworks and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing secure, mission-critical solution architectures.
• Strong expertise in cloud architectures (public or private).
• Hands-on experience with Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and automation practices.
• Solid understanding of performance, scalability, latency, and security considerations.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks, blueprint design, and modeling tools.
• Knowledge of security risks, threats, and mitigation strategies.
• Experience working in regulated or government environments is an advantage.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
