Key Responsibilities

• Operational Management: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage staff to deliver excellent service and maintain a motivated team environment.
• Customer Experience: Ensure a welcoming atmosphere and address customer concerns to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Financial Oversight: Monitor and optimize budgets, control costs, and achieve sales targets.

• Problem Solving: Handle operational challenges efficiently and adapt to changing needs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as an F&B Manager, Store Manager, or similar role in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Solid understanding of financial management, including budgeting and sales forecasting.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations for the F&B sector.
