Requirements:
- Lead the design of scalable and high-performance Salesforce solutions that meet ISCA's business needs and objectives.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to Salesforce development teams, ensuring best practices and adherence to Salesforce architecture principles.
- Customise Salesforce platform to meet ISCA's specific requirements, including but not limited to, custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process automation.
- Architect and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems, (Academy LMS and Mobile App) ensuring seamless data flow and integration points.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, security standards, and data governance policies.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation including solution architecture, design specifications, and system configuration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to deliver integrated solutions that drive business value.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Salesforce Architect, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions and working in a membership association and/or learning institution.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Platform, Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce CPQ, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Worked with third party system such as Learning Management System and Mobile App technologies.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, and other integration methods.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
