You will work with a high-calibre team, ensuring an intellectually rigorous environment focused on high-impact delivery.

What You'll Do :

• Workstream Ownership & Direct Impact

o Own Key Workstreams: Take direct ownership of 2-3 critical transformation workstreams, acting as the lead driver for implementation.

• Operational Mastery & Sustainable Cadence

o Gain Operational Fluency: Serve as the hands-on liaison between the central Transformation Office and local market teams, moving beyond strategy to understand and solve real-world implementation challenges.

o Performance Tracking: Manage the Transformation Office (TO) performance cadence and dashboarding, owning the rigorous tracking and validation of realized P&L impact against transformation targets.

o Executive Preparation: Prepare high-quality, 'client-ready' materials (presentations, memos) for all ExCo and governance meetings, maintaining the high standards of top-tier consulting.

• Deep Dive Analysis & Analytical Rigor

o Lead Value-Driver Analysis: Conduct rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify, validate, and prioritize key value levers that will deliver the most significant commercial and operational impact.

o Provide Data-Driven Guidance: Serve as the analytical backbone for the transformation, translating complex data into actionable insights and clear, compelling recommendations for senior leadership.

o Model Scenarios: Develop analytical models to forecast the potential impact of different strategic options and initiatives, ensuring decisions are backed by sound financial and operational evidence.

• Capability Building & Cultural Change

oCross-Functional Leadership: Mobilize and coordinate diverse, cross-functional project teams across various markets (HR, Finance, Commercial, Operations, etc) to ensure seamless execution.

oChange Support: Lead workshops and develop materials to facilitate the on-the-ground adoption of new processes, directly contributing to cultural change and capability building in the functions.

Must-Have:

• Professional Background: 4-6 years of total professional experience, with a minimum of 2-3 years at the Consultant level at a top-tier management consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain).

• Project Experience: Direct, verifiable experience supporting Organizational Design, or large-scale Transformation projects.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Advantage to Have:

• Analytical Depth: Advanced proficiency in financial modelling, data analysis, and using tools (Excel, PowerBI/Tableau) to track, report, and forecast transformation metrics.

• Ownership and Delivery: Proven ability to manage and deliver complex workstreams autonomously, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining quality under pressure.

• Communication & Presentation: Highly skilled at developing clear, professional presentation materials and communicating effectively with middle and senior management.
• Project Management: ability to translate project objectives into clear project plan, timelines and milestones; proactively identify, assess and mitigate risks.
