Role Summary

A strategic and people-centric Recruiter with a strong understanding of business needs, workforce planning, and employer branding. Responsible for delivering end-to-end talent acquisition solutions while building sustainable talent pipelines, enhancing candidate experience, and supporting long-term organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Hiring Strategy

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and seniority levels
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and timelines
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for niche, hard-to-hire, and leadership roles
  • Advise stakeholders on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability

Sourcing & Market Intelligence

  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking
  • Leverage data and recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency and quality
  • Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis for critical roles

Candidate & Stakeholder Experience

  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience aligned with employer brand values
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and decision-making
  • Negotiate offers and manage candidate expectations through onboarding
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, fair hiring practices, and internal governance.
