Responsible for delivering end-to-end talent acquisition solutions while building sustainable talent pipelines, enhancing candidate experience, and supporting long-term organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Hiring Strategy
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and seniority levels
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and timelines
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for niche, hard-to-hire, and leadership roles
- Advise stakeholders on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability
Sourcing & Market Intelligence
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking
- Leverage data and recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency and quality
- Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis for critical roles
Candidate & Stakeholder Experience
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience aligned with employer brand values
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and decision-making
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate expectations through onboarding
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, fair hiring practices, and internal governance.
