Requirements
- Manage daily tanker port call operations from pre-arrival to post-departure.
- Supervise, coach, and allocate work for a team of operations staff.
- Act as escalation point for operational issues, delays, and client concerns.
- Coordinate with terminals, port authorities, pilots, and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with HSSE, ISGOTT, MARPOL, and port regulations.
- Monitor operational performance, documentation, and cost control.
- Support process improvements and operational reporting.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies, Shipping, or related field.
- 5-8 years of ship agency experience, with strong tanker exposure.
- Prior supervisory or assistant managerial experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, 24/7 operations environment.
