Company Description

The client is a global business company expanding its operations in Singapore, with a focus on all areas of the value chain from trading to logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• \tCoordinate with the HQ in Korea, suppliers in Korea and China, customers in Indonesia, and warehouses.

• \tLiaise with suppliers regarding orders and quality issues.

• \tBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

• \tEnsure smooth warehouse operations.

• \tProcess PO orders, manage goods returns, and handle sales entries through SAP.

• \tMonitor incoming and outgoing stock.

• \tEnsure month-end stock records align with warehouse reports.

• \tReview monthly sales reports in terms of sales amounts and profits.

• \tMonitor slow-moving stock and aging AR to ensure effective debt management.

Requirements:

• \tMinimum diploma graduates from any discipline.

• \tAt least 2 years of similar working experience.

• \tStrong willingness to learn and adapt to international trade regulations and policies.

• \tWilling to work overtime during month-end closing periods.

• \tAbility to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.

• \tTeam-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
