Job requirements
- Lead and participate in quality planning such as FMEA, control plan,mistake proofing, supplier qualifications
- Maintenance of Quality Management System (QMS)
- Lead in supplier quality and Supplier development management activities including supplier performance assessment, warranty and claim process and upplier certifications
- Drive statistical methods in process control and continual improvement in process control and quality
- Provide technical support during Project QA, installation, testing and commissioning.
- Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system. Recommend and implement improvements when required
- Ensuring the compliance with all the specifications and requirements included in the signed EPC contracts .
- Co-ordination with Safety / O&M / technical / engineering resources/ customers and other stakeholders for QA/QC activities as needed
- Develop and maintain a non-conformance control system including issuing of non-conformance reports to the Suppliers/Contractor and ensure corrective actions are implemented and effective
- To understand and support QC activities when required.
Job requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Oil &Gas Industry & in all aspects in Quality Management
- Good communication skills
- Self-Motivated
- Able to provide good references from a previous client or employer
- Team player
- Computer skills essential
