• Position Title: Operations Manager
• Working Location: North East
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 6pm
• Salary Package: Basic + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all manufacturing operations, including material planning, scheduling, and delivery.
• Ensure optimal production efficiency and quality standards.
• Support and improve operational business systems.
• Drive productivity and resource optimization.
• Maintain machinery and factory operations for safety and efficiency.
• Lead and develop a diverse team of engineers, supervisors, and workers.
• Generate and review monthly production reports for senior management.
• Offer technical support to sales and project departments.

• Minimum 5 years in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing setting, ideally in precision engineering and metal fabrication.
• Knowledge of ISO standards.
• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficient with MRP systems and Microsoft Office.
