As a Senior Business Analyst, you will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, acting as the key link to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements. You will lead requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation across the project lifecycle, support solution design, facilitate stakeholder collaboration, oversee UAT, and ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives and achieve measurable outcomes.

What will you do?

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

• \tAct as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams

• \tEngage stakeholders to identify problems, needs, and opportunities

• \tFacilitate workshops, interviews, walkthroughs, and discussions

Requirements Management

• \tElicit, analyse, document, and validate business and functional requirements

• \tTranslate business needs into user stories, BRDs, FRDs, or technical specifications

• \tMaintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle

• \tClarify requirements and manage scope during development

Solution Design & Delivery Support

• \tSupport solution design to ensure alignment with business objectives

• \tWork closely with technical teams to ensure accurate interpretation of requirements

• \tEnsure delivered solutions meet agreed business outcomes

Testing & Implementation

• \tPlan, coordinate, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• \tAssist in defect triage and resolution during testing phases

• \tSupport successful implementation and handover of solutions

Governance & Methodology

• \tApply Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate

• \tEnsure documentation, processes, and deliverables meet quality standards

The ideal candidate should possess:

• \tProven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in technology-driven or enterprise environments

• \tStrong expertise in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation (BRD, FRD, user stories)

• \tHands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio

• \tSolid understanding of Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies

• \tGood knowledge of APIs, systems integration, and software development concepts

• \tExperience planning and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and supporting defect triage

• \tExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
