General Management- Lead and support continuous improvement and innovation initiatives to enhance quality of care, patient safety, productivity, and staff and patient experience across hospital and community care settings.
- Partner with senior leadership to plan and implement quality and innovation programmes in line with national healthcare standards
- Design and deliver customised training and hands-on workshops in Lean Thinking and Human Factors methodologies
- Manage the hospital incident reporting system and oversee Serious Reportable Events, ensuring timely submission to MOH.
- Facilitate and monitor quality improvement initiatives arising from quality assurance and clinical committees.
- Champion safety culture initiatives, including the "Speaking Up" programme, and organise annual quality and safety events.
- Collaborate with external organisations on quality improvement projects, conferences, and cross-institutional initiatives, and support other duties as assigned.
Requirement
- Degree in Business, Engineering, Design, or a healthcare-related field,
- With At least 5 years' experience in healthcare; Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt required if no healthcare experience.
- Experience in facilitating workshops, applying Design Thinking, and implementing human-centred design solutions.
