General Management- Accurately input and update inventory transactions across 3 systems (including K3 and other designated platforms).
- Perform daily stock checks and reconcile faulty part tallies in all relevant systems.
- Process exchange items (DOA/DAP) promptly and ensure records are synchronized across systems.
- Issue parts efficiently with attention to accuracy and speed, logging in all required platforms.
- Conduct regular stock takes and adjustments to maintain inventory accuracy across all systems
- Adhere to monthly faulty part sorting and pending collection updates across all platforms.
Requirement
- Able to travel between 2 outlets (Westgate/ Cathay) as needed for inventory support, part issuance, and system updates
- Able to handle and transport heavy cartons as required up to 15KG for stock movement and orders.
- No experience is required as training will be provided
- Able to work 5.5 days (11am to 8:30pm)
