We are partnering with a leading multinational manufacturer in the chemical / pharmaceutical ingredients industry to hire an experienced Quality Manager. This role oversees all QA & QC functions at a GMP-certified production site and plays a key part in driving compliance, improvement, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA and QC teams, ensuring compliance with GMP, ISO, FSSC, Halal, Kosher and EHS standards.
• Oversee QMS, documentation, certifications, and regulatory submissions (e.g., DMF, CEP).
• Manage quality budgets, CAPEX planning, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead investigations for deviations, OOS, complaints, and recalls.
• Support audits, inspections, supplier qualification, and risk assessments.
• Mentor, develop, and manage quality staff.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Life Sciences; Master's/MBA is a plus.
• 10+ years in GMP pharmaceutical/chemical manufacturing with 5+ years in QA/QC leadership.
• Strong knowledge of PIC/S or ICH GMP, food safety systems, and ISO/FSSC standards.
• Effective leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
