Key Responsibilities

1. App Development & Platform Operations

• Act as the key liaison between business teams and developers for APP planning and execution
• Gather, document, and manage product requirements, user flows, and operational needs
• Coordinate APP development progress, testing, launch, and ongoing optimization
• Apply experience from food delivery platforms or similar on-demand platforms (ordering, dispatch, merchant systems) to improve product and operational design

2. Platform Operations / Business Development

• Support platform growth through merchant onboarding, user acquisition, or sales activities
• Improve platform usage, conversion rates, and operational efficiency
• Collect and analyze user feedback to drive continuous product and service improvements

3. Business & Operations Management

• Organize and maintain operational data, SOPs, and internal documentation
• Support daily business operations and cross-functional coordination
• Assist management with operational reporting and process optimization
  
  Requirements
  
  
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) - mandatory
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in food delivery platforms, on-demand services, or marketplace apps in one or more of the following areas:
    
    • App / system development or product coordination
    • Platform operations or growth
    • Merchant acquisition, sales, or account management
  • Strong understanding of platform-based business models (orders, users, backend systems)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company environment
