This will be a 1-year direct contract based in One North.

Responsibilities

• Identify strategic objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and reporting needs.
• Gather business requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications for the Data and Analytics teams.
• Prioritize analytics requests based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with organisational goals.
• Design user-friendly dashboards and reports that meet user needs.
• Testing and validation of datasets, business rules, and calculations.
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Coordinate stakeholder feedback for continuous improvement and adoption.
• Monitor analytics adoption metrics
• Gather user feedback to assess dashboard effectiveness.
• Pinpoint gaps and propose enhancements to ensure dashboards and analytics products remain current and business relevant.
• Documentation of standardised metrics, definitions, and business logic for reference in shared repositories.
• Liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure shared understanding of requirements and outcomes.
• Coordinate discussions, presentations, and workshops to communicate insights, requirements, and recommendations effectively.
• Promote data-driven decision-making culture across departments through proactive engagement and training support.

Requirement

• Degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computing, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in business analysis, performance management, or data-driven transformation roles.
• Proficient with Power BI or equivalent tools for data visualisation and reporting.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a structured, detail-oriented approach.
• Experience documenting and managing requirements for analytics or IT projects.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to influence and collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups.

Advantages

• Data warehouses (e.g. Snowflake) and data catalogues (e.g. Alation).
• Certification in Agile, Lean, or Change Management.
