We're looking for a General Manager who shares our passion for authentic flavors, teamwork, and culinary excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Korean dishes according to restaurant standards.
• Manage and oversee your assigned kitchen section efficiently.
• Ensure consistency in food presentation, taste, and portioning.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and kitchen cleanliness.
• Support menu development and new recipe trials.
• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff when required.
• Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Korean cuisine preferred.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Good team player with a positive attitude.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
