About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with a strong background in system integration and telecommunications. This role is responsible for developing solution architectures for complex projects within the Network, SD-WAN, and Cloud Security domains. You will design technical solutions and consider service aspects that drive revenue growth, profitability, and enhance market competitiveness.

The Solution Architect will act as a technical expert throughout the solution design, development, and implementation phases, ensuring business needs are effectively addressed. Leveraging deep knowledge of the company's products and services, you will translate customer requirements into functional, impactful solutions tailored for the APAC market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive and compelling technical solution documentation, including detailed architecture diagrams, tailored for both client presentations and internal teams.
• Design innovative and scalable solutions within Network, SD-WAN, and Cloud Security domains that align with customer needs and business objectives.
• Engage closely with customers, demonstrating excellent communication and presentation skills to build strong, trusted advisor relationships.
• Collaborate effectively with Sales, Commercial Management, Product Management, Bid Management, and Engineering teams to develop winning solutions and respond to RFPs.
• Support the sales process by strategizing and presenting solution capabilities to acquire new business and expand existing accounts.
• Oversee the transition of closed deals to ensure accurate order processing and timely implementation. Provide detailed and thorough Solution Design Documents (SDDs).
• Work proactively in the post-sales phase, coordinating with Project Management and Service Management teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively, demonstrating excellent time management skills.
• Maintain a professional business image and deliver presentations fluently in both English and Mandarin.
• Demonstrate a customer-centric, consultative approach, providing pragmatic and technically sound solutions that meet client needs.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers in large organizations.
• Lead internal and technical discussions, collaborating across disciplines and functions as an action-oriented team player.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 7 to 10 years of industry experience, preferably within system integrators or the telecommunications sector, with a proven history of successfully winning and delivering complex customer solutions.
• Strong ability to create detailed and clear technical documentation and architectural diagrams.
• Expertise in Network, SD-WAN, and Cloud Security solution architecture.
• Exceptional customer communication and presentation skills with a consultative sales approach.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and lead solution discussions.
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Customer-focused, results-driven, and able to inspire confidence through technical expertise and professionalism.
