General Management- Ensure that warehouse operations at respective floor are executed in accordance with the warehouse procedures and customers' requirements.
- Ensure schedule and deadlines are adhered to
- Manage inventory accuracy through monitoring of daily warehouse activities, cycle counts, stock takes and audit of the same to verify results.
- Exercise good work practices towards Policies and Procedures and understanding of compliance in relation to regulatory bodies.
- Liaise with Customer Service, Traffic and Warehouse personnel to establish better working coordination with them.
- Ensure compliance with HSSE procedures and practices.
- Administration duties as required to ensure daily Inbound / Outbound processed in system.
- Administration duties as required to ensure all warehouse activities related report to complete as when required.
- Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
