Role Overview

The Functional Business Analyst will gather, analyse, anddocument requirements for payment and banking systems, acting as a bridgebetween business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to elicit and clarify functional requirements for banking/payment systems.
• Prepare business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, and process flows.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into detailed technical solutions.
• Support UAT planning, execution, and sign-offs.
• Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and support process improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with business and technical teams.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst in payments, banking, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of payment systems, cards, and banking operations.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and project delivery processes.
