- Resolve any issues related to delivery delays, damaged goods, or discrepancies.
5. Process Improvement
- Analyse workflow and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce cost.
- Implement best practices in warehouse layout, picking methods, and logistics software.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
6. Team Leadership
- Supervise logistics, warehouse, and delivery teams.
- Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
- Allocate tasks and ensure productivity targets are met.
7. Documentation & Reporting
- Ensure proper documentation for shipments, inventory, and logistics activities.
- Prepare operational reports (inventory levels, delivery performance, expenses).
- Maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
8. Customer Service & Issue Resolution
- Work with customer service teams to resolve delivery issues or complaints promptly.
- Maintain high service standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
9. Safety & Compliance
- Ensure safety standards are met within the warehouse and logistics operations.
- Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
