Requirements:
- Lead team members in implementing departmental initiatives and strategic plans.
- Deliver outcomes that have a measurable impact on the division and organisation.
- Apply functional knowledge to support decision-making and problem-solving.
- Organise divisional events, workshops, and engagements that support strategic objectives.
- Manage and oversee programmes and services to ensure successful delivery.
- Act as a steward of innovation, identifying opportunities to enhance and streamline processes.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align projects with organisational priorities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- A professional certification in Product Management, Digital Transformation, or Innovation is advantageous.
- Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience in programme management, digital transformation, or public sector innovation.
- Proven track record in leading departmental initiatives and managing cross-functional teams.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and delivering projects with measurable organisational impact.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g. LEAN, Agile, Design Thinking) and digital adoption strategies is preferred.
- Experience with Finance and Budgeting processes will be an advantage.
