Requirements
- Plan and manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, workflow planning, resource allocation, and service delivery to meet daily operational targets.
- Implement and maintain detailed SOPs for each operational process (e.g., order handling, customer service workflow, vendor management, reporting procedures).
- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers (e.g., logistics partners, service vendors, equipment providers) to ensure service quality, timely delivery, and contract adherence.
- Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for management, highlighting performance trends, issues, and improvement plans.
- Conduct regular process audits to ensure compliance with Singapore regulations (MOM manpower rules, PDPA data handling, WSH safety requirements).
- Identify operational bottlenecks and lead improvement projects such as workflow redesign, cost-reduction initiatives, or system upgrades.
- Manage operational budget, including cost tracking, vendor quotations, and expense optimization.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Operations Management, Business, Supply Chain or related field.
- 4-6 years of hands-on operational experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven experience managing KPIs, SOPs, and operational audits.
- Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting, and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management ability, especially when working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Able to work independently.
