Requirements:
- Define a clear product vision aligned to business outcomes and OKRs.
- Prioritize and sequence a roadmap across WMS/TMS/ePoD and adjacent platforms.
- Translate strategy into measurable problem statements and success metrics.
- Lead and coordinate the end-to-end product launch of integrated logistics systems across all regions of the Group, tailoring rollout strategies to meet local requirements and business priorities.
- Partner closely with regional logistics teams, Business Analysts, developers, and end-users to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and drive stakeholder alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
- Facilitate trade-offs and gain alignment across business, business analysts, security, and engineering.
- Manage end-to-end delivery: scope, budget, timeline, and value realization
- Coordinate change management, cutover plans and CAB approvals.
- Oversee integrations among WMS, TMS, ePoD, and data platforms (APIs, events, EDI).
- Ensure data quality, master data alignment, and interoperability standards.
- Capture and enforce non-functional requirements: security, performance, availability and observability.
- Monitor system performance and user experience at both local and Group levels.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to drive operational excellence and scalability.
- Drive optimization, defect reduction, and tech-debt remediation based on evidence.
- Partner on incident response, root-cause analysis, and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with privacy, audit, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Establish support workflows and escalation paths with IT operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 8 years of related experience in IT product management. Preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain industry.
- Proven track record in managing integrated logistics system (e.g. WMS, TMS, ePod etc).
- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as IoT, AI, and robotics in logistics.
- Understanding of system integration, APIs, and cloud-based platforms.
- Ability to analyze complex challenges and deliver practical solutions.
