Salary: SGD 10,000 - 15,000

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly retail sales plans to ensure achievement of sales targets.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data, market trends, and competitors to adjust operational strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
• Establish and supervise standardized store operations, processes, and management guidelines (including store display, sales processes, after-sales service, inventory management, etc.).
• Improve store managers' and sales staff's competency in product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
• Develop and implement effective incentive systems to motivate teams and promote a competitive and positive work environment.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in retail, with at least 3 years as Retail Operations Manager or Area Manager.
• Proven experience selling high-ticket or experiential products (e.g., massage chairs, premium home appliances, luxury goods, luxury cars, smart home products).
• Strong understanding of offline retail operations with excellent data analysis and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in English & Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients & stakeholders at the headquarters.
