• Role Overview

We are seeking a self-sufficient, client-facing Business Analyst who can operate independently and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver high-impact projects. The role blends core business analysis with frontline support and project management responsibilities, requiring strong stakeholder management, analytical rigour, and solid technical skills in Excel and SQL.

• Required Qualifications & Experience (must have)
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as business analyst; or at least 2 years of consulting experience at a Big Four firm, or a boutique consulting firm.
• Proven client-facing experience and comfort engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and be self-sufficient.
• Solid foundation in core business analysis techniques (requirements elicitation, process mapping, stakeholder analysis, UAT).
• Experience combining frontline support responsibilities with project management tasks.
• Project-management oriented mindset with experience in planning, tracking, and coordinating project activities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Intermediate SQL skills (joins, aggregations, functions, and data extraction).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to present findings to varied audiences.

Technical Skills

• Excel: advanced use for analysis and reporting.
• SQL: intermediate competency-able to write joins, aggregations, window functions, and transform datasets for analysis.
• Experience with common BA tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio).

Nice to Have

• Programming experience with Python.
• Knowledge or experience in prompt engineering.
• Exposure to AI tools such as OpenAI or Perplexity.
