An established manufacturer of contract lubricant is seeking for a passionate and suitable candidate to join the growing team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service - coordinate and follow up on delivery order till completion
• Coordiante with customers, forwarders and any other stakeholders to coordination shipment and delivery
• Update customers on shipment in a prompt and timely manner
• Daily label printing and recording; Issue cargo tally sheets
• Manage and coordinate outgoing shipments
• Plan and update shipment schedule, tank truck loading and time slot booking
• Any other relevant duties as required

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec/ Diploma in Logistics/ Supply Chain or equivalent
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Able to use Microsoft Office applications
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
