Qualifications
- Oversee day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring completion within the designated timeline, budget, and quality standards.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage the work of construction crews to ensure smooth project execution.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure favorable terms and compliance with project requirements.
- Resolve issues and challenges that arise during the construction process to maintain project progress.
- Maintain and enforce safety standards on construction sites to ensure a safe working environment.
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate staff.
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Possess a valid Class 3 (or higher) driving license.
