CY Maintenance Pte Ltd is expanding and looking for a committed and experienced Operation Manager to oversee our daily cleaning operations.

Job Responsibilities:

\t• \tManage and supervise cleaning teams across multiple sites

\t• \tArrange manpower and prepare duty rosters

\t• \tConduct site inspections to ensure service quality

\t• \tCommunicate with clients and handle feedback professionally

\t• \tPlan resources, support project requirements, and resolve on-site issues

\t• \tEnsure smooth daily operations and timely completion of tasks

Requirements:

\t• \tExperience in cleaning / facility management industry preferred

\t• \tStrong leadership and communication skills

\t• \tAble to work independently and handle multiple assignments

\t• \tResponsible, organised, and able to travel to different job sites

\t• \tBasic computer skills (email, scheduling, reporting)
